talking and drinking in a relaxed atmosphere,
while nibbling away on little bites of intense flavour.

but whichever way you prefer it,
tapas is best served with a drink, among friends and lively company.
These 'little dishes' will give you a tasty mouthful of Spain,
So sit back, take your time and enjoy your tapas to the full.
There is no better way to sample the real essence of
Spanish life and culture.
Eating tapas is a very sociable event and usually a few dishes are ordered per person, or several for the table to share. This is said to encourage conversation as people are less focused on eating an entire meal set before them.
